ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
Project for demolition and reconstruction of three residential buildings with the application of the Regional Law 10/2011 art. 4 comma 1 letters a) and b), in the area between Pietralata street and Casale Rocchi street.
Use of flexible and ecologic housing systems, modifiable according to the specific needs of the market and the usability.
PREREQUISITES CERTIFICATION LEED
The project was developed to obtain energy-efficient buildings, aiming to achieve Energy Class “A”, it is possible by the use of renewable energy systems and a bioclimatic design of typological and technological solutions. Will be adopted innovative construction system X-lam, that consist in structural wooden system.
