ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND EXECUTIVE PROJECT
Demolition of a non-residential property and building project of housing development with increasing of the gross floor area. The project consists on the multidisciplinary development of a new neighborhood of housing and social housing with zero environmental impact and energy-efficient buildings. The intervention guarantees the environmental quality of the context.
PREREQUISITES CERTIFICATION LEED
The project was developed to obtain energy-efficient buildings, aiming to achieve Energy Class “A”, it is possible by the use of renewable energy systems and a bioclimatic design of typological and technological solutions. Will be adopted innovative construction system X-lam, that consist in structural wooden system.
